WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING SUBMISSIONS
TO THE 2009 NEWBORN FESTIVAL

MTWorks is relentless in its search for new playwrights with plays that have the power and potential to actualize our goals. Because of this continuous pursuit, we have created The NewBorn Festival, with the hope that we will be able to discover theatre’s untapped talents and possibly the future voices of the stage.

Whether the play is a drama or comedy, it must raise questions about the ideas and philosophies behind human nature and the extent of our own potential. 

Full-Length submissions only and those that have not yet had a full production of the play produced in New York City.
